1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Leader Powers & Renewable Energy Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Leader provides renewable energy solutions including:

• Solar rooftop installations (residential & commercial)
• Solar water pumps and heaters
• Wind turbine systems
• Biogas systems
• Project execution and maintenance services

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon project confirmation
• 40% payment upon material delivery
• 30% payment upon project completion and commissioning

5. Project Timeline

Project completion timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Site conditions and accessibility
• Weather conditions
• Government approval processes
• Material availability

6. Warranty and Maintenance

We provide:

• 25-year warranty on solar panels
• 5-year warranty on inverters and other equipment
• 1-year free maintenance service
• Extended maintenance contracts available

7. Government Subsidies

We assist with government subsidy applications, but:

• Subsidy approval is subject to government policies
• We cannot guarantee subsidy approval
• Client is responsible for providing required documentation

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
